Quotes provided through the website are based on the information supplied by the customer and may be subject to change.
Pricing may vary based on factors including:
- Pickup and delivery locations
- Vehicle size and condition
- Transport type
- Carrier availability

- Seasonal demand
- Route conditions
- Requested pickup timeframe
A quote does not guarantee carrier availability until transportation arrangements are confirmed.
6. Booking and Transport Arrangements
A vehicle shipment may require confirmation of transport details, acceptance of pricing, and execution of any applicable transportation agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, pickup, delivery, and contact information.
Changes to shipment details may result in adjusted pricing or scheduling.
7. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Actual timing may be affected by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, carrier scheduling, road closures, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Door-to-door service means pickup and delivery will be arranged as close as reasonably and safely possible to the requested locations.
Large transport trucks may be unable to access certain residential streets, gated communities, narrow roads, or restricted areas.
8. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate information regarding whether a vehicle is running or non-running.
Before pickup, customers may be required to:
- Remove personal belongings where applicable.
- Secure or remove loose accessories.
- Ensure the vehicle has sufficient fuel for loading and unloading.
- Disclose mechanical or operational problems.
- Provide keys required for vehicle transport.
- - Ensure pickup and delivery contacts are available as scheduled.
Additional charges may apply where undisclosed vehicle conditions require special equipment or handling.
9. Carrier Services
ZU Associates may coordinate transportation through independent motor carriers, drivers, dispatchers, or other transportation providers.
Specific transportation obligations, insurance coverage, inspection procedures, and carrier responsibilities may also be governed by the carrier's bill of lading or transportation agreement.
Customers should review applicable carrier documentation at pickup and delivery.
10. Vehicle Inspection
The vehicle may be inspected before loading and again at delivery.
Customers or their authorized representatives should review the vehicle condition and applicable inspection documentation at both pickup and delivery.
Any concerns regarding vehicle condition should be documented promptly.
11. Insurance

21. Governing Law
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable transportation agreement, booking confirmation, bill of lading, or carrier documentation, constitute the applicable terms relating to your use of the website and transportation request.
For the Elementor design, I’d use the same visual language as the Privacy Policy page so they look like a matching legal set: a compact top heading area, a soft light-blue “Last Updated” notice, then numbered sections 01–23 with the number/orange vertical line on the left and content on the right. At the bottom, use the same cream Contact Us block and your dark navy footer. This will look much better than creating another totally different design.
One thing I would add before launch: your actual cancellation/payment/refund terms should come from your real transport contract rather than generic website wording. Those terms can materially affect customers, so they should match the agreement you actually use.
